Logo for my foundation

I need a logo for my fund that will help Ukraine. We are already doing so much, but not officially, as an individual.  The fund is already in the process of registration and needs a logo.

Fund name: Wings of the Phoenix (in original: "Křídla Fénixe z.s.")

Fund purpose: financial and material assistance, then participation in the renewal of Ukraine

I am trying to describe what is needed:

- the logo should be round

- in the center, the Phoenix itself, with an emphasis on the wings

- preferably, the drawing should convey that the wings protect Ukraine, the fund is oriented towards Ukraine

- around the circle, the name in original (Křídla Fénixe z.s.) 

- as few colors as possible (to avoid printing issues, for example, on t-shirts)

- the source should be in vector (.ai) + jpeg

- no gradients

- clean, beautiful, simple, but powerful

Потрібен логотип для мого фонду, який допомагатиме Україні. Ми вже так багато робимо, але не офіційно, як фізична особа.  Фонд вже знаходиться на реєстрації та потрібен логотип.

Назва фонду: Крила Фенікса (в оригіналі: "Křídla Fénixe z.s.")

Мета фонду: фінансова та матеріальна допомога, потім участь в оновленні України

Намагаюся описати те, що потрібно:

- логотип круглий

- у середині сам Фенікс, акцент на крила

- бажано, щоб малюнок дав зрозуміти, що крила захищають Україну, фонд орієнтований на Україну

- по колу потім назва в оригіналі (Křídla Fénixe z.s.) 

- чим менше можливо кольорів (що б не було проблем друкувати, наприклад, на футболки)

- джерело має побут векторної (.ai) + jpeg

- жодних переходів

- чисто, красиво, просто, але потужно

Сподіваюся, написав достатньо.

Бюджет не можу зробити дуже великим, намагаюся максимум грошей давати на допомогу.
