What word or phrase will be used in the logo?

The company name, most likely in lowercase letters - groundapp.

What should be depicted in the logo?

An image and the name to the right of it (as in the attachment)

The name comes from the idiom "from the ground up", which translates to "from the beginning/again/from scratch", but the literal translation is "from the ground and up".

In this regard, I would like to see how an application (mobile phone?) grows out of the ground/planet. Perhaps some variations of this - servers/trees made of wires/etc. But it is preferable that the mobile phone is present.

If you have an absolutely brilliant idea, but it does not match the wishes - try it. Perhaps this is exactly what I am looking for.

Is the logo being created for the first time or has it existed before and is currently being recreated (rebranding)?

The logo existed, but no one particularly cared about its design.

Are there basic colors or a preferred color scheme?

Yes, the logo should look good on both black and light backgrounds. Preferably 2 monochrome options (black-white/white-black)

What should the logo be like (remove unnecessary items)?

Vector - AI, SVG

Attached - the current logo (vector in the archive), and sidebar.png - an example of the service's sidebar menu, with the current color scheme. The logo will be located in the sidebar, above the menu items.

Название компании, скорее всего строчными буквами - groundapp.

Изображение и справа от него название (как во вложении)

Название происходит от идиомы "from the ground up", что в переводе значит "сначала/заново/c нуля", но дословный перевод "с земли и вверх". 

В связи с этим хотелось бы увидеть как приложение (мобильный телефон?) выростает из земли/планеты. Возможно какие-то вариации этого - серверы/деревья из проводов/и тд. Но желательно чтобы мобильный телефон присутсвовал.

Если у вас есть абсолютно гениальная идея, но она не совпадает с пожеланиями - попробуйте. Возможно это именно то, что я ищу.

Логотип создается впервые или существовал ранее и в настоящее время создается заново (ребрендинг)?

Логотип существовал, но особо его дизайном никто не заморачивался.

Имеются ли базовые цвета или предпочитаемая цветовая гамма?

Да, логотип должен хорошо смотреться на черном и светлом фоне. Желательно 2 варианта монохромных (черный-белый/белый-черный)

Каким должен быть логотип (лишние пункты удалите)?

В каком формате вы хотите получить исходный материал?

Вектор - AI, SVG

Во вложении - текущий логотип (вектор в архиве),  и sidebar.png - пример бокового меню сервиса, с текущей цветовой гаммой. Лого будет находится в сайдбаре, над пунктами меню.
