Audience: People living in our region (locals) who wish to buy a computer to order or individual components for a computer, and have the following characteristics:

  2. Do not understand hardware power. For example: will this piece of hardware be more powerful than that one?
  3. Do not want to overpay for expensive "extra" hardware
  4. Fear of buying a computer or part that "won't handle" what is needed
  5. Do not know but want to buy components from a reliable manufacturer
  6. Fear of buying an outdated (morally obsolete) computer
  7. No skills in assembling a computer independently. That is, they need someone who will assemble, configure programs, and test it
  8. Fear or have had negative experiences buying through a carrier. That is, they want warranty service on-site. So they can contact real people at a specific address, rather than sending somewhere to someone through a carrier in another city
