I can describe how we came up with the name. At first, there were two of us, and the name cyber balls was conceived as a funny, humorous, and slightly provocative projection on the English word “Balls,” in all senses… We realized that the idea of “balls” fits well with the image of a team as a company of a certain number of people. Where each ball can differ, but together they have something in common. For example, there can be a steel ball, a fluffy ball, a smiling ball, a spiky ball, a bright (or even mirror ball like at parties) etc., in short, the balls can reflect different characters of people or their qualities or place in the team.
