There is a Chinese company that delivers chemical reagents for the production of plastic (the plastic itself is "baked" from dry granules, but to acquire the finished product with various effects, different liquids are added - for hardness, color, roughness, strength, heat resistance, etc. - these liquids are what the company transports) in large special tanks (protected tanks, called isotanks).
This company needs a mascot. It should be cool, memorable, and it would be great if it is somehow related to Asian culture. Borrowing is allowed. The colors of the mascot should be in the colors of the logo (attached) - red-orange. The main color is red, with a bit of orange.
The appearance of the mascot is up to you. It can be a little person, an animal, an animated object, an emotion, a phenomenon, etc. As an example, I am attaching a mascot that the client liked for another of his companies that deals with amber (it is not necessary to make something similar; I am providing this example just for understanding the style).
The style of execution should be more cartoonish, but later the character will be modeled in 3D for printing, so its features should not be too cartoonish and should be reproducible in a 3D model. That is, not too detailed.
The character should preferably be somehow related to chemistry or plastic. The connection does not have to be obvious; a light hint may be enough.
We can decide on the character's poses later; for now, the main thing is to determine the concept. You can send several rough sketches; I will forward all of them to the client. If he likes any idea, we will draw it in more detail and in different poses.
The company's name includes the word "Unicorn," but it does not need to be tied to it; it is there by chance (do not draw unicorns). There are no unicorns in China; they are not liked there.
Personally, I (not the client) find the Xiaomi mascot amusing (I will attach a picture).
