The worm-man (name needs to be invented) should be: positive, kind, associated with natural, organic products, a caring protector for crops.
You can use the image of a Mexican macho in a sombrero, like a green Mexican, just a red Californian. If the green Mexican uses cactus as the main culture, ours could have, for example, corn.
