    An illustration of a hawk - as simple as possible, for better application on fabric, or its embroidery - approximately like in photo #2 in red color (just don't copy it exactly, something needs to be changed) or a similar bird, as well as the inscription Yastreb below this logo.

It should vaguely resemble the old one, but make it more dynamic and modern.
Also, a version with the inscription in Russian - Ястребь (with a soft sign) is required.
