Labeling recommendations:

1.       The minimum allowable height for label application from the bottom edge (from the bottom of the bottle), mm – 25.

2.       The maximum height for the upper edge of the label (from the bottom of the bottle), mm – 170.

3.       Testing of different types of labels conducted so far has shown that the presence of perforations on the label positively affects the application of labels – it minimizes the formation of air bubbles, blisters, and folds in the perforation area. Diagonal perforations yielded better results compared to horizontal perforations. That is, it is better to make the label not solid but segmented. 

4. When applying labels to bottles, it was found that the bottle has a sharp change in the diameter of the bottle body, varying at a height of 65 to 90 mm from the bottom of the bottle. This break zone resulted in pronounced folds on the label after application.
