What elements should the logo consist of?

  • only a graphic element
  • with a brand name and graphic element

What word or phrase will be used in the logo? ZHULIK

Should the logo be bilingual or trilingual? No

Does the company have a slogan that needs to be added to the logo? No

What should be depicted in the logo?

The first logo option was hand-drawn. The symbolism is quite simple. The central element represents the letter "Ж", which is also the first letter in the pseudonym. Also, "Ж" is a Slavic rune of fate. The circle symbolizes life cycles. Executed as a sketch, our circle emphasizes the "carelessness" of these cycles. The gap in the circle, in the overall context, symbolizes the possibility of breaking the cyclicity through this carelessness in life, thus gaining power over one's fate.

The next logo is desired to be a combination of the basic version of the logo and part of the cover of the card from the classic Rider-Waite tarot deck - "Three of Swords".

The concept is simple - to keep the broken circle but make it neat. As an option, place a heart pierced by three swords in the center of the circle, which, in turn, in shape and arrangement, resemble the letter "Ж".

I want to show the listener that, despite the "swords" that life presents, the heart "remains". Plus, the symbolism of the first logo.

Since I have a poor relationship with Cyrillic fonts - I'm not sure if the word ZHULIK must be used inside the logo, but if you happen to find that very font... It would be wonderful.

The drawing does not necessarily have to be detailed.

Is the logo being created for the first time or has it existed before and is currently being recreated - rebranding (if rebranding, please add an image of the current logo)? Rebranding

Indicate if it is necessary to maintain continuity of the logo (the new logo features elements of the previous one): YES

Are there preferred main colors? If so, which colors do you prefer?

Probably, considering the heart, it makes sense to use red and black for the rest. Personally, I would prefer dark gray and pink. Both options reflect the sensual side of the performer (read: the presence of a soft soul) while also showing roughness in manners and the reflected reality around.

What should the logo be like?

  • simple, concise
  • minimalistic
  • colorful, monochrome or monochromatic))
  • modern
  • other (please specify)

In what format do you wish to receive the output material? Project, png, jpg, etc.)))

Please provide any additional information you consider important.

Update #2

Dear participants, thank you for your interest. Based on the first 15 proposed works, I would like to make a remark,  we are combining not two specific drawings, but two concepts. I ask you to look at the task from different angles, to search for unconventional solutions, to play with contours, colors, fonts, scales, etc. I also ask you to pay attention to:

  • simple, concise
  • minimalistic
  • modern

    Thank you.

Update #3

Please note that the logo is intended for merchandise, including for lightboxes and embroidery, so the presence of many small details complicates the task.
