The result of the work should be a ready static infographic in A4 format.

This is a promotional brochure with the task of receiving a call at the specified number to order testing - it is sent as an attachment in emails or printed.

In the future, we will also do emailing, posting on the website, use it in presentations, etc.

For the contest, you need to propose

1) Characters, their styles

 - Worker

 - Purchasing Manager

 - Optionally - cargo securing consultant (a representative of our company). He is not in the existing terms of reference, you can add him if you finalize the terms of reference, indicating where and in which frame he appears.

 - Add your options if you change point 2 of the terms of reference and the storyboard.

Character descriptions - below

(Important - the environment is professional, where interactions between companies occur, and the impression is formed by knowledge of details, i.e., it is necessary to write out certain details in specific "frames" to immediately understand that the seller is a pro and "knows his stuff." Also, do not overdo it with animation, as the brochure is partially a working tool. It can be printed, reviewed at meetings, etc.)

2) A rough storyboard - so that the final result is clearly understood in terms of plot and style.

(Please familiarize yourself thoroughly with the products, the testing process, and the clients. Ask for additional information about our work - we will share what we know.)

We will make decisions based on the contest.

And you will finalize the project in the working area of the project.

Mandatory elements: logo attached

The base language is Russian, then we will translate it into Ukrainian.

The company sells stretch film for manual pallet wrapping. We sell German film, which has similar characteristics at a lower thickness.

Here is a video, just a demonstration of wrapping a pallet.

https://youtu.be/uu9Hz1aPxF8

The sales process looks as follows.

The first contact occurs with the purchaser, who already has a supplier, and we need to interest them in our product so that the purchaser organizes tests. And move to the testing stage.

Typically, the purchaser asks - what is the price? Our price per kg is higher, but the running meters in a meter are even more, i.e., we say - let's count the running meters. in rolls. They say - you have thin film - it will tear and won't work. We say - let's try - we explain that our product is German quality and ask to organize testing.

If we succeed, testing of the product occurs at the warehouse by workers who wrap pallets.

During the pallet wrapping process, the following stages occur

1)  Wrapping the pallet. The following is important

 - the thin film  stretches like standard film,

 - has a "stop effect," i.e., the worker feels when to stop stretching,

 - does not tear during work - i.e., does not require additional time costs

 - has good stickiness, i.e., the layers of film stick to each other, excluding the possibility of theft without breaking the packaging.

2) Measurement of holding force - is on the infographic. It is done as follows - the pallet is wrapped with film that compresses the pallet, thus securing the cargo. A 10 cm disc is inserted between the pallet and the film and pulled away from the pallet with a dynamometer - a device similar to manual scales. The device shows with what force the film "resists" being pulled away.

A sufficient force is considered to be 12 kg for an average pallet. The existing client's film shows 18-16 kg, ours shows 16-14, which is within the norm.

3) Then the film is cut from the pallet and weighed. This stage is also on the infographic. The weight is multiplied by the cost per kg. We calculate the savings.

4) Then a test batch is packed - for example, one shift works and gives feedback - whether there were any tears or other problems in working with the film.

Images of 2 characters that are mandatory in the purchasing process

 1) Responsible for purchases

This is Vasily Petrovich, he is responsible for purchases, he is interested in:

Stability of work, as every complaint or product replacement is his time.

Quality of materials  - see reasons above

Receiving savings, without compromising quality – requirements and tasks from management

2) Worker in the warehouse

This is Semyon, he is a worker and wraps pallets

He often has peak loads – i.e., a truck arrives and he needs to pack 30 pallets.

His salary often depends on output – i.e., the more he packs, the more he earns.

He is fined for pallets falling apart during transportation.

Therefore, he is interested in the film

 - "no problems" – stretches,

 - consistently works on corners – this is the most problematic area when wrapping.

 - has reliable fixation = no fines for fallen pallets.

As a result, we want to say that the transition to the new film will be painless (Semyon will have no problems), the cargo will be reliably secured. And Vasily Petrovich will present the savings to management.

The expected reaction to the infographic should be a call to the specified phone number requesting testing.

Also attached is a classic infographic that we made, but it lacks detailed advantages of the product, and there is no clear conclusion and call to action. You can use its elements as a base, or come up with your own.

In the future, there will be tasks for similar infographics for other products, as well as videos that can be sent in messengers.
