Describe the project for which the interface design needs to be developed:  

A design concept is needed for the Loading Screen/Waiting Screen (Welcome Screen) before a person loads the research platform.

The company is engaged in marketing research. A group of people is recruited, and they are allowed to spend two minutes on a test Page, after which they answer questions. That is, the Page/Research Platform is a web page created exclusively for research, aimed at collecting data on how a person reacts to the tested content - this could be an advertisement in the Facebook feed, or a new page design aimed at increasing conversions, etc. A person accesses the Page only as part of the survey; these pages are not available on Google.

Before a person transitions to the content Page, they must see the Loading Screen (hereinafter referred to as LS), which performs several functions.
1. Instructions on how to behave - a brief description of what Platform the person will see, how much time they will spend on the Page, what to pay attention to, what actions to take, etc.

2. Functional - it is mandatory to have the person's consent to continue - a click on a button.

3. A link to the company's Privacy Policy.

A concept for the Loading Screen needs to be created where the language, name of the Research Platform, time, and overall text of the Instructions  will change depending on the project's needs. 

The template must be responsive (from mobile 320px to desktops), in the corporate style. It is preferable that the concept be shown in Figma.
