The company is engaged in software development. We work through a freelance exchange, where it is prohibited to provide a link to the website during the first contact, so we do not expect sales from the landing page for now. It will mainly be seen by programmers from Ukraine whom we want to hire and trainees/interns. Therefore, the site should simply look as professional and presentable as possible. We do not need a landing page that tries too hard to sell something.
We need a stylish landing page that leaves a good impression on the hiring candidate.

Improvements are needed in the “Second Block”, “Form”, “Team”, and “Trainee Page”. Other blocks do not need to be changed.
We are interested in a minimalist style, white background. The target audience is programmers aged 20-40, the overwhelming majority are guys. It should look expensive and high-quality, not like landing pages for 1000-4000 UAH. Inspiration: Apple, Tesla (not their specific websites, but the approach to design).
Font
We need to suggest a font, as the current one does not work well with the Russian language. Ideally, it should be as similar as possible to the current one. Paid options are acceptable.
Second Block
The second block is what is under the hero gradient and above the logo block. It consists of images of two runners and the texts “Quickly improving...”, “We hate…”.
Currently, it looks somewhat amateurish.
A lot of effort needs to be put into the second block.
We used images of runners to emphasize the theme of speed. The main themes are quality and speed.
You can propose your own version completely or improve ours.
What we are currently dissatisfied with in our version:
The text looks somewhat bare.
We are not sure about the layout of the runners and the text. This layout was chosen independently, without a designer. Therefore, we are not sure if it complies with composition recommendations.
The second gray runner needs to be colored to fit better into the design (there is a vector .eps file and .png).
You can change our version as you wish or propose a completely new one.

Team
Under the logo block, we need to add a team block with photos of 5 people, and in the future, there may be more. The photos will be cropped above the waist, here is an example of where the photo will be cut:

It is necessary to write the first name and last name. The position, examples:

Form
The form starts from the “Let's talk” text. Here it is generally fine, but we think that the Send button does not fit the design. Something should be done with the button.
Trainee Page
The target audience is people aged 18-45 from Ukraine who want to become programmers.
This page should not look like a landing page for IT courses. This page is a description of the trainee programmer vacancy from a real company that is engaged in development. People arrive at this page from the job vacancy on the job search site.
Do not think “selling IT courses”, think “description of an internship”.
It needs to be made so that the page looks professional, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing. Keep the background white.
Do not change the text.

Problems with the Russian Font
On this page, the English text and numbers are highlighted in bold font because the font works for English and numbers, but not for Russian letters. We did not highlight this in bold. Do not pay attention to the fact that some text is bold. When using your new font, everything should be fine.
Компания занимается разработкой программного обеспечения. Мы работаем через биржу фрилансеров, там запрещено давать ссылку на сайт при первом контакте, поэтому пока от лендинга мы не ожидаем продаж. Его в основном будут видеть программисты из Украины которых мы хотим нанять и трейни/стажеры. Поэтому сайт просто должен выглядеть максимально профессионально и презентабельно. Не нужен лендинг который сильно пытается что-то продать.
Нужен стильный лендинг который оставит хорошее впечатление у кандидата на найм.

Нужны улучшения на “Втором блоке”, “Форме”, “Команда” и “Трейни странице”. Другие блоки не нужно менять.
Нас интересует минималистический стиль, белый фон. Целевая аудитория программисты 20 - 40 лет, подавляющее большинство парни. Должно выглядеть дорого и качественно, не так как на лендингах за 1000-4000 грн. Вдохновление: Apple, Tesla (не их конкретные сайты, а подход к дизайну).
Шрифт
Нужно предложить шрифт, так как текущий плохо с русским языком работает. Желательно максимально похожий на текущий. Можно платный.
Второй блок
Второй блок это то, что под hero градиентом и над блоком логотипов. Это картинки двух бегунов и тексты “Quickly improving...”, “We hate…”.
Сейчас выглядит как-то по-аматорски.
Над вторым блоком нужно само сильно потрудиться.
Мы использовали картинки бегунов, чтоб сделать акцент на теме скорости. Основная тема качество и скорость.
Можете предложить полностью свой вариант или улучшить наш.
Что сейчас не устраивает в нашем варианте:
Текст как-то голо выглядит.
Не уверены в компоновке бегунов и текста. Эту компоновку выбрали самостоятельно, без дизайнера. Поэтому не уверены если это соответствует рекомендациям по композиции.
Второй серый бегун нужно раскрасить, чтоб он в дизайн лучше вписывался (есть векторный .eps файл и .png).
Наш вариант можете менять как хотите или предложить полностью свой вариант.

Команда
Под блоком логотипов нужно добавить блок команды с фото 5 человек, в будущем больше может быть. Фотографии будут заканчиваться выше пояса, вот пример где фото будет обрезаться:

Нужно написать имя фамилию. Позицию, примеры:

Форма начинается от “Lets talk” текста. Тут в принципе нормально, но нам кажется что кнопка Send такого вида не вписывается в дизайн. Стоит что-то сделать с кнопкой.
Трейни страница
Целевая аудитория люди 18-45 лет с Украины, которые хотят стать программистами.
Эта страница не должна выглядеть как лендинг курсов ИТ. Эта страница описание вакансии трейни программиста от реальной компании которая занимается разработкой. На эту страницу люди попадают с вакансии на сайте поиска работы.
Не думайте “продажа ИТ курсов”, думайте “описание стажировки”.
Нужно сделать, чтоб страница выглядела профессионально, стильно и эстетически приятно. Фон оставить белый.
Текст менять не надо.

Проблемы с русским шрифтом
На этой странице английский текст и цифры выделены жирным шрифтом, это из-за того что для английского и цифр шрифт работает, а для русских букв нет. Мы это жирным не выделяли. Не обращайте внимание на то что какой-то текст жирный. При использовании вашего нового шрифта, всё должно быть нормально.

Была прислана работа которая полностью поменяла дизайн всего сайта. Это делать не нужно. Надо отредактировать только блоки которые упоминались выше, так чтоб они в существующий дизайн вписывались.
