According to the conditions of Safe: "There are three working days for the client to check the work." That's why I turned to Arbitration. Conditions are conditions. Working with customer data is my worst freelancer experience and now I’ll tell you why.The order was to write posts and build their schedule (2 posts per day).After the first conversation with the customer, the extremely ham style of speech and immediately the transition to "you" was annoying.The subsequent conversations were in the same cool way of speech where there was no respect for the freelancer in any way.During the beginning of the work, the customer could not normally provide material for posting, it came to the fact that I had to teach him on Skype to drop the material on the Google disk.The customer was extremely incomprehensible in the conversations and could not get a clear answer to any of my questions regarding the work.As a result, I had to prepare the material myself (for the absence of the prepared material in the task was not said), but I did it and sent an example of the post to the customer for agreement.During the discussion some directions were introduced and (the key point) the customer approved the example of the layout of the post (and these had to be made 200 pieces!)The work was performed within the declared time, but closer to the end the customer sharply stated that all the work was done incorrectly (after his full approval of the example when agreed) adding that all the work must be reworked, which I refused since the agreement of the example of the work was carried out on the example of which I did all posts.As a result, the customer began to demand to do more work for free, freezing to the last with the payment.Then there was an open fool and threats to me.After that he submitted an application for an arbitration and the project was completed.Extremely I do not recommend working with this character, save your mind and nerves.
