The client changed the desired project design three times instead of providing the correct desired layout right away, and during the development process, constantly asked to add a bunch of new features that were not agreed upon during the discussion of the technical specifications. It would be one thing if these were just some corrections or if something was simply forgotten during the agreement of the technical specifications, but the technical specifications ultimately changed drastically from the initial ones.
