The actual TZ was substantially different from the claimed in the order.The TZ was changed several times, the customer has no clear idea what he needs. Due to this, there were a lot of pre-working, including a complete change in design from the first TZ. Also the customer long did not respond to the message, although he read the message.Through these factors the project was very strongly retarded.
