A customer who pays a little requires a lot. In our case, Anne was initially made a discount on the value. During the work process, the volume of work was twice increased in relation to TZ. However, the cost was not increased. With all presented Anne bonuses, the customer remained satisfied with the quality, but angry with the deadline of the project. It has been influenced by additional (not initially agreed) requests of the customer.
