Well, in general, it is ok.
The only thing that was a bit nervous is the big intervals of time between my question, and I will answer it in the post.

I do not recommend this customer to anyone to work.
1 . - Man described in the brief far from a complete task, in the middle of the work on the project the task grew up with a large number of new details. (And this is the fact that before the conclusion of the contract I formed and sent a full filled brief, and the customer confirmed that this is all the requirements).
2nd - The customer formulates his requirements very inadequately, the person cannot formulate the phrase "Remove the background".
Three - The customer does not know the full requirements of the Amazon to the list (thinks that all the slides of the list should have a white background, although in reality it only applies to the first slide), while not paying any attention to my messages, and my requests to clarify the situation in detail does not respond (I have already made a lot of lists for the Amazon, and all have passed the moderation).
4 . - The customer is constantly harassing, and complaining in chat, instead of normal communication.
and 5. The customer finished the letter with the phrase: "You trusted me, but the result was received."
