The project from 4 days (by my estimate) extended to 26 days.

Initially, the task was to improve the site, in fact, the customer did not have access from the old site, which resulted in the "tracking" of the layer and landing on a clean WP.

At the time of the site was downloaded, the customer gave an empty account (without domains and hosts), gave instructions on setting VPS (which is not part of the project) and after some time finally bought a domain and hosting and gave them access to the download.

Iterations of the rectum (if they can be called so) by feeling lasted eternity - the customer could write about the fact that the link, drawn to edit in the admin, led not to that page and lost for 2 days.

By the way, the average response time from the customer was within 1-3 days, for which 1 point of 10 was deserved.
