From the negative:
When the customer during the work with the document I created the program began to issue an error, the customer for a long time refused to give a screenshot of the error, or to give understandable and effective comments to the situation until the deadlines began to press. As a result, the work on the project was temporarily extended. (But all the problems and errors were later resolved.)
- The customer writes messages in the chat, and responds to messages 1 times a day, it also contributes to the project extension.
Sometimes (not all the time) the customer does not very clearly formulate the directions.
Sometimes the client's computer releases errors that are not available when opening the project on my computer.
