The impressions from the client were negative. I categorically do not recommend collaborating. I completed the task on time, submitted it for review to receive feedback and possible comments. I waited three days. As a result, I received a response that the text did not suit them and it seemed that it was generated by AI, although the document retains the full history of writing changes and the text is identified by the AI detector as written by a human.
At the same time, the client decided to immediately close the project and return the money, without offering to correct the deficiencies, making only three comments in the text of the document. When I suggested making corrections, there was no positive response.
There was also a comment regarding the undisclosed topic (text of 3000 characters). Although this is a deeply subjective opinion.
Regarding the terms of reference - be prepared to play around with the indicators of "wateriness," "academic nausea," "density," etc. On the positive side - the terms of reference are indeed clear, but from experience, unrealistic, because with the given number of key phrases, maintaining the indicators of wateriness and academic nausea will be difficult, if at all possible. It seems that the client copied the terms of reference from other projects.
Therefore, as a result, a lot of wasted time, nerves, and a negative review from the client without the possibility of correcting the text. It's not about getting the money back, but about adequate communication. If there are comments or recommendations - they can be indicated and resolved. In my practice, this is the first time such a situation has occurred.
