The client provided a document with tasks, we completed it as described. At the same time, the client hired a content manager and gave the task to change the structure of the pages on the website (creating categories and subcategories), who subsequently changed a large part of the pages, resulting in most of the pages becoming 404 and part of the site dropping out of the index. The client started blaming me for this. I tried to explain, but no one wanted to listen.
I wasted a lot of time helping the client restore the URLs (setting up 301 redirects from old URLs taken from Google Search Console and replacing them with new ones), essentially fixing the problem generated by their content manager. + At the same time, they also hired an SEO specialist who also did part of their job, with consequences for the site. Well, and of course, I am the charlatan.

The task was completed in full. The client constantly asked for reports on the work done, we provided them several times, and warned at the start about what was impossible to accomplish. I do not recommend working with them at all, as they will demand and blame you for all the world's troubles.
