The customer did not wait for my answer for exactly an hour, and closed the project, and even wrote a negative review!
He was not interested in the result of his work at all - which is very strange and not logical.
Those "12 hours" that the customer writes about are night, and in the morning I was ready to provide two design options.
It is absolutely not true that I did not respond to messages - there was constant contact via telegrams, since there were many clarifying questions on my part regarding the type of printing and materials that the customer was not able to answer, since he was an intermediary.
My only mistake was that I did not send the result of the work to the exchange chat within the deadline, and accordingly I could not win arbitration, because I did the work.
It seemed that the customer simply changed his mind, because he did not order the project to another contractor, but demanded that the exchange withdraw money back to the card.
This customer is either very unbalanced, or just likes to do nasty things.
I do not recommend cooperating with this customer categorically.
