At the beginning of the collaboration, communication with Irina was constructive and polite. However, during the work process, the direction of the task changed significantly, which led to the development of a considerably larger number of options than initially anticipated. Unfortunately, at the finalization stage and submission of the output files, the client stopped responding, which forced the project to be completed through arbitration due to the lack of feedback. The work itself was completed in full. I hope this is just an accidental misunderstanding, but I recommend that colleagues discuss the terms in advance in case of a change in concept.
