The client was previously informed that, unfortunately, it is impossible to implement the desired functionality due to access restrictions to the message history in Viber. In particular, new group users can only see messages that were sent after their joining, which is a limitation of the platform itself. Viber does not provide official tools for exporting the message archive for new participants.

However, to address this issue, I proposed effective alternatives that could help in preserving the message history. Unfortunately, no response was received within two days, which in my opinion indicates that the client may not have been interested in further work on this matter.
