At the beginning of work, Katerina and I agreed that there should be a clear TOR for the design of the project - all its components.
And that the delivery of the project is postponed exactly as many days as the customer is late with its issuance. Katerina's adequacy "goes off scale" ... I have never seen such candelabra and impudence. From the very beginning, communication was with claims, I was told that they don’t read audio messages in Viber because this is disrespect - what kind of disrespect ??? Yes, at other construction sites people can only communicate with such messages, sometimes there is no connection at all. For 1.5 weeks I was sitting with a sore back trying to put things in order in a file in which there was complete chaos, arranging sockets and working out the nodes in 3D, when finally a lesser BIM model was combed and an album of sheets with design was assembled - Katerina suddenly became hysterical and began to demand back an advance payment in the amount of as much as a 4th part of the entire amount, threatening with a bad review. At the same time, I want to note that the TK has not been received !!! Neither the levels of the floors nor the exact height were provided, nor the lighting and electrical plan was agreed with the customer, nor the height of the doors, nor the exact parameters of the stairs, nor the finishing materials (at the same time, Katerina demanded a sweep from me). Carl - HOW? I requested these statements three times. As a result, I returned the prepayment just to forget this inadequacy and say goodbye. I handed over, like a normal person, the Archicad archive file and 19 sheets of drawings out of 48 planned. After that, Katerina, as if nothing had happened, called me a day and a half later (and this person urgently burned the project) and offered to continue working. I received the full TOR with a big creak on November 24, 26 and 27, this was at the start of the project on November 11, after 2 days Katerina became hysterical again, because I don’t answer her messages after 21:00 and I’m not in touch 24/7 ( in fact, it’s indecent to call so late) and stopped cooperation, demanding a file with new edits (and I’m inadequate) ... Well, yes, probably ... worked for free for 2 weeks handed over almost half of the project ready for automatic scans, for free, so also and waited for such a great review.
