I agree that I was unable to fully complete the assigned task. However, the actual conditions differed somewhat from those described here - parsing needed to be done not only from Hotline but also from other sites. I suggested to the client that another specialist from my side could finish the work within a few days, or accept the parsing results (since all data had been successfully collected and the only complexity was in the import) and create a new project solely for the import. The client refused and decided to start everything from scratch.
