The collaboration was difficult due to the client's lack of contactability — I did not receive a response for more than 5 days. I completed the task according to the technical specifications and was open to dialogue, but the communication left much to be desired. Yes, I made a language mistake in the arbitration appeal, but I consider it inappropriate to use this as an argument regarding the professionalism of my work, as this mistake does not relate to the execution of the project. Because the client did not give me the opportunity to correct the shortcomings and explain what exactly was unsatisfactory, she simply closed the project as incomplete. Due to these factors, I cannot recommend this client for further collaboration.
