At first directions were not complete. Text was missing from FINAL copy to record, New requirements were made after initial recording in clarification.
Skype meeting was requested by client to configure all requirements, and client to be present during recording session.
A rare problem existed with software in recording transfer leading to a delay in project finish on my side. (all is working properly now)

I found client to be understanding and forgiving as I was understanding on other issues. We developed a well working relationship, and I would work with client again.
