This is the first time I have a client like that.The worst in my practice and I hope it is the last.Before the start, he consulted on all questions (the customer's understanding of the process was not).I agreed to develop the design in Figma, explained what will be the final result I will transmit and so on.From the client it sounded "Todda наверное на пк и в формате html adaptive vertikal if что я сам доработаю".The first concept was provided in the first two days, and on the third day he threw me to the "mama" - a direct client.I don't know what they're in, but I've been talking to this "Madame".She made directions from her (although it was only a deterioration of the design was, for example, the colors she wanted had a 1.7 AA contrast) in the first two days.Then, as real texts were needed, her photos and remnants for filling - silence.I returned with the material in two weeks.To understand - it was a 5 block landing, not a multi-page site for which you need to prepare a lot of material.The project has been set for 7 days (not 3 weeks).I’ve said I’m doing another project now and I have to wait.After half a week as she gave her the design to check - this "mother" closed the project with the pression "Your work is not paid, because it is not performed even on today, and it is not delivered "under the key"

by P.S. It was the moment I removed her from the access to the model and after two weeks from the feedback she tried to get access to it again.For me it looks like a man saw the opportunity not to pay - and took advantage of it.
