Custom module Enterprise Management for Odoo Community (Python + XML, Junior level)
I am working with a client on a project for a custom module for Odoo Community (sales, logistics, batch accounting, commissions, etc.). I can only note positive experiences. The technical assignment was clear, logical, and well thought out from the perspective of real business processes. The client understands what they want from the system, can formulate requirements, and is open to professional recommendations regarding architecture and infrastructure (choice of VPS, deployment strategy, further scaling). Overall, the collaboration left a very good impression: a knowledgeable, respectful, and results-oriented client. I will gladly continue working and can confidently recommend them to other contractors.

There is no clear TZ or a well-filled brief. Communication from “10” to “3”. There are no clear written lines, everything is resolved online (hearing right - a little left, etc.). Require the customer to enter the instructions online in TeamViewer.
There are no clear photographs, and their search was not discussed at first, as well as the lines on the internet. Examples of what the customer wants were proposed, but these examples are one, and the specific images that will be inserted into the pattern are quite different. The time spent on the routes and the search for materials makes the project unprofitable.
The plus is payment. The disadvantage of all the above, the loss of an interesting order, because. The order was interesting to me.
