It seemed that during the discussion everything was agreed and the essence of the project was clearly defined - a translation with the preservation of the format. The document was submitted in Google Docs and accordingly in it was translated, according to the agreement. But the customer appeared additional requests for the drawing of the text, which are essentially technical and did not enter the TZ. Overall, the cooperation took place and, on my part, all the obligations regarding the translation of the document are fully and fully fulfilled. The impression of cooperation is somewhat double. The desire of the customer is more kindness and kindness in communicating with freelancers.

- There was a brief, but the submission of the material (photo of the product) cromated, which caused confusion and misunderstanding.
- Requirements wiped out, there was a need for directions on each banner.
