I am pleased with Olga! A pleasant girl in communication. The order itself is quite interesting, Olga provided the products, set the required sizes, wishes for the color of the image are all quite clear. The task is beautiful. There were a few changes in the design concept, initially agreed that the transfer of the image to the fabric will be a method of direct printing, but during the development it was revealed that the fabric of the product will not fit in this way, and changed the concept to the method of transfer with the help of a polyflex. But it’s not the customer’s fault that these are technical issues that may arise in the printing. The only thing that delayed the process was the creation of the document and the signing of the "Convention on the transfer of exclusive property rights of intellectual property". I have never met writing such a document for citizens of other countries. It took extra time to correct the document, and the transfer of scans.I would like to clarify such details in advance during the order agreement.
