Olga is a beautiful person, she was always in contact, but this project is just a brain-output. First they asked for only the re-design of the landing in corporate colors, then when the work was finished it was necessary to re-work the functionality of the site and add new pages, which was not initially discussed. It was the first time I met a problematic customer. The conclusion: always prescribe a detailed TZ and communicate only in the work area of the project otherwise the project can be extended not for a month and the directions will not be ended.
