During the execution of the project, the customer changed the original task, asked to do what was not discussed in the task, long did not answer questions, presented photos for the site without a clear explanation on which pages they should be placed, long did not provide data for setting the domain of the site.

The name of the project "Creating Landing Page" does not reflect its essence. As a result, a multi-page site was made with the possibility of booking the hotel rooms and payment through the payment system.

The customer asked to create an additional roll in a different format/style within the cost of the project. He was forced to refuse, since in accordance with the agreements, the recording and installation on the provided and agreed volume and reference was performed in full. At the same time, he initially went to a meeting with the customer in the matters of reducing the cost of the project (presented a discount), increasing the time of recording (two times), provided after the recording in addition to the mounted roll outlets, and also proposed to make the necessary additions to the existing agreed and already performed installation of the roll, if the customer considers necessary. The customer decided to make changes to the existing film on my proposal, but soon suddenly closed the project. I hope the customer is not offended. Given that the customer is not very satisfied with himself in the filmed video, I will provide the customer with an additional discount for the next project.
