It started with the fact that Lena sent the layout in .ai with a bunch of problems, flaws, which I immediately noticed and on the same day asked to send a normal working layout, with which, working with, it was really possible to invest in the deadlines.
Lena replied that she had already written to the designer, they would make another layout and send it to me in the morning. (http://prntscr.com/ep6fqa) I didn't get anything in the morning, I didn't have anything in the afternoon, it came at 17.00. (http://prntscr.com/ep6glt)
Those. days are lost.

Then in the afternoon, the next day, with the phrase "I forgot to send one important detail," she sends me a TOR that describes the functionality that was not specified: form submission, form validation, fill in the fields, and so on. (http://prntscr.com/ep6avx) i.e. I have to meet the deadlines, and she did not consider it necessary to send the TOR on time or at the stage of stipulating the conditions, I paid attention to this moment, but Lena ABSOLUTELY ignored this issue, until I said that with this functionality the project would have to be extended for at least a day. Plus, the TOR was full of phrases like: “because the layout is only a little larger”, “play around with the font and find the right one”, “pick up pictures from such sources” ... and so on. TK is drawn up by eye, by hand and on the knee.

And then Lena disappeared for 2 days (Saturday-Sunday), before that they kept in touch via Skype, so that different moments could be discussed with screenshots, but when the first question appeared online was HOW DO YOU GO? (http://prntscr.com/ep6lm0) To which I replied that no one warned me that she would not be online for two days, the norm of things and decency is to warn about her absence, this was followed by the answer that she had days off. Weekends are good, but on Sunday evening she was already going to pick up the landing page - i.e. you do the landing for sunday evening all by yourself without clarification, i will appear on monday and show me everything is ready.
After that, I realized that problems in working with Lena are the norm and this will not end.

Then, after pulling out the necessary information (connecting the layout and wishes in the TK - this is still that puzzle) and after making the layout, sent the link so that she could look, Lena ... disappeared again for two days (March 7-8), later explaining that she was sick and felt bad, although she made publications on VKontakte these days.(HTTP://prntscr.com/ep6vjw )

Then she didn’t like the adaptive version, the design she didn’t provide, but she just wrote that I Listen to do without the design, do it, but what you like is your problems. Play with the background, color, picture, layout, and so on, it took a long time too.

After that, I decided that there was no point in working further (http://prntscr.com/ep76ea), the person has no idea what he is doing, I'm just wasting time and money (http://prntscr.com/ep7buj). I wrote that I don’t undertake to work on WP because the project dragged on, I’m ready to take half (600 UAH) for layout and long consultations and peacefully disperse, Lena agreed, sent her the card number and waited a long time for the money (http://prntscr.com/ ep7ib7 ). After payment, we agreed that I would send the layout and source codes to the mail. When asked when the payment will arrive, she answered that she is looking for another layout designer who will check my layout and only then will she pay me, and she is only ready to pay 400 UAH (http://prntscr.com/ep7fsj), to which I replied that we don’t agreed that the work was done, she sees it, we agreed on the price, proof of which there is correspondence. After checking the email of the new layout designer, I contacted the guy from the stock exchange to whom I wrote to ask if he would be engaged in layout, warned him that Elena refuses to pay me because she wants to check the layout (http://prntscr.com/ep7had). Apparently, the layout designer gave this to Lena, after which she called my letter DEBIL (http://prntscr.com/ep7kta) and she said that she was not going to pay at all. Then Irina started calling me, introduced herself as the customer of the landing itself, specifying that Lena was only an intermediary. She began to tell me that she already lost a lot of time, due to the fact that I disappeared for 3 days (via Skype correspondence it is clearly visible that I am in touch every day), that I did everything poorly (the layout was uploaded to the hosting where everything looked great , with adaptive and all the professional wishes of the intermediary Lena) and began to offer me 400 UAH for my work, to which I replied that the layout of the landing page with adaptive + two weeks of lessons in the basics of design for Lena costs 600 UAH, we agreed on this price and I will not lower the price. Having gone to the meeting, I offered UAH 500 immediately and UAH 100 after they received the layout along with the source code, to which Irina (the customer) replied that Lena (the intermediary) had already found a new layout designer and if he agreed to take my layout “like a cat in a bag” and finish the stretch on WP then they will pay me. She said she would call back. As a result: no one called back, the project was not paid for, they wrote a negative review, they called it INCORRECT (http://prntscr.com/ep7n3a)
How to sum it up: a person of low moral values, far from design, incompetent, deceitful, with a boorish speech, not appreciating other people's work.
