Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative review about my collaboration with this client. I am a specialist in setting up advertising in Google Ads, and working with this client was one of the worst experiences in my career.

First of all, the client shows no respect for contractors. Communication was extremely rude, as if I were a subordinate who owed him everything. Correspondence outside of working hours, at night and on weekends, became the norm, making it impossible to maintain a balance between work and personal life.

Moreover, the client delayed payment for more than two weeks. It is unclear how long this would have lasted if I had not emphasized the need to close the project and make the payment. This caused significant stress and uncertainty regarding the receipt of earned funds.

A huge amount of work was done on setting up advertising and analytics. However, instead of gratitude for my work, I faced only reproaches. The client complained about the insufficient number of conversions and that we were not in first place in search, not understanding the objective circumstances. With high competition, the cost of some first-place queries was 80-100 UAH, while our budget was only about 1000 UAH per day.

Overall, working with this client was extremely unpleasant and difficult. I would not recommend working with him to other specialists who value their work and time.
