It seems that Elena is a good, but burned by the unfair work of a freelancers group.
Because of this, it’s hard to work, so I don’t recommend it for collaboration for beginners – it will disappear the desire to work.
Overall, it’s okay, but the person is impulsive, again it’s related to negative experience, so it’s going to, though not should, affect all subsequent performers who will work with Elena.
