After clarifying the technical specifications and reserving funds, the client provided part of the data for work, after which they did not respond, only extending the deadline three times (which means they were interested in the project). When I wrote that the bot was ready, the client closed the project without any explanations and refunded the entire amount with the note "due to lack of necessity for the bot, closed the project."
This means that when the work was done, the client simply changed their mind and returned the funds.

Unfortunately, arbitration did not help - due to negligence, I did not leave screenshots/videos of the work results, and the client believes that if they did not provide hosting data, the bot's name, and other details that can be replaced in minutes (while the most complex part is the actual development of the bot), then the work was only completed by 30% (while they refunded themselves 100% of the amount).
Always keep evidence in the project workspace.
