The client clearly described the expectations, provided the source materials in an acceptable format, and responded promptly to clarifying questions. The technical specifications were detailed, communication was polite and constructive; payment was made on time according to the agreement. The only minor difficulty was a few clarifications regarding fonts/scales, which we resolved during the process, but this did not affect the final result.
