The project was done as professional as possible.There was no clear TZ from the beginning, so I made the most functional possible.The customer was always in contact almost always, that is clear that plus.Resolution of the project and further problems.Really stopped the project, there were force majeure circumstances, severe illness for almost 2 weeks, there was no physical ability to work.In fact, I kept for 3 weeks of the project, here is all true, my fault as an executive.At the same time, the customer decided to add animations for the site when I already held it, which I clearly answered all after the basic works.The project he received for 3 weeks, another 2 weeks went around the animation (the main work was already completed and the site itself worked well, on the words they closed, and on the part no) and when I didn't have time, they began to demand to perform additional work immediately.The whole situation could be solved for 3 weeks, closing the project, opening a new with the work, but they chose the expectation strategy and then the chantage forced the execution to perform everything they need, for money or for free unknown.Even if for money, then at that moment there was no time, and they didn’t want to wait, because there are deadlines already.What then 2 weeks had a topic, not agreed - a mystery.But their statistics "the customer has a tendency not to complete the open projects: from 29 projects completed 1."It presses on that.As they got on their hosting project, the attitude dramatically changed to the execution, although at first everything was great and communication, and understanding.A strange collaboration came out.
