About Volodymyr, I can't say anything bad, only positive impressions. He provided access and feedback on time, communication was good. But this website transfer was one of the most difficult in 11 years. At first, everything was going well and according to plan, but errors appeared on the test site, which the programmer took a long time to fix. Because of this, we had to wait. After making changes, I noticed errors with 404 and 301, which I informed the client and the programmer about. After some time, the client told me that everything was done and the transfer would be in the morning. Here was my mistake, that I believed but did not verify. When the site was transferred, I started scanning and noticed that there were problems, which I pointed out to the programmer and Volodymyr. Also, on my part, there was an oversight because I did not consider several URLs from advertising in the redirect map, which I later found out were in the feed, several URLs that I did not notice during scanning (total site + sitemap). At the same time, only 1 URL was being ranked, the rest were not in the index, there is a hypothesis that they appeared after scanning, but it is difficult to verify. After the programmer's corrections, even more errors appeared, so I suggested changing the programmer. I found them myself and offered them to the client. This case has a lot of negativity, but it gave me a valuable lesson at a high price. I hope that we will soon resolve the situation and Volodymyr will not lose traffic.
