I do not agree with the client's review!
- I really had problems with my computer and I immediately suggested to the client to terminate our contract, as I had force majeure and I would not meet the deadline.
- The client wanted to continue, he liked my design, and he suggested that I solve the computer problem, and he would wait.
- When I solved the problem, I immediately sent the finished videos to the client. 4 out of 5, for which he provided the brief.
- I wanted to finish the 5th video and send it the next day.

The client accused me, and this was the reason for my unwillingness to continue working with him, in the following, I quote:
"However, later I found that these same videos with the same titles were uploaded by the performer to his own channel without any markings that this is a commissioned work. I believe that such behavior is unprofessional, as the content was created specifically for my channel and should not be used by third parties."
I do not agree with the accusation! Since this channel https://www.youtube.com/@12m_studio is my portfolio and all the videos posted on it are someone’s orders completed by me.
- This is the purpose of the channel.
- The channel is not intended for monetization!!!
- In the description of each video, it is stated that it was made by me at the client's request.

I consider the client's accusation to be unfair and not corresponding to reality.
I believe that the project budget of 3000 UAH for 15 five-minute videos with graphic work of 40 cards each is unrealistically low.
I believe that the brief was provided to me in poor condition, without photo content, and finding quality content took a lot of time.
