This is not the first time I work with this customer.The customer all arranged at the moment of cooperation with me, a lot of praise and words from the customer that I am a professional of my level, good execution, etc.It happened that the customer did not pay 2000 UAH and while taking advantage of the war position required overtime work additional not paid so to say you do me 6 pages of the article or pick the images to cut them and they were a lot.. while taking into account all desire all the requirement.The client at the moment of cooperation disappeared and did not appear a week after writing that he left Ukraine.Why my assessment is negative because the customer has no consciousness and I still realized that the client hypocrisy tells you everything well, and behind the back is a grace.I heard about their team.The customer has a team manager, or a colleague of the customer, Vladislav.Likewise, when conducting the project, initially asked to drop the price, make a free logo, clarify that the time of the project was limited.In the course of the project, he didn’t carefully look at the patterns, and only after completing all the pages with the adaptive, he began to find “feil”, justified his no desire to check the negated pages without adaptation, he began to threaten with a bad review, and forced to re-share the patterns already with the made adaptive, which of course takes time. Let me remind you that the term of the project was limited.

I started to lead the project in a very UNprofessional way, constantly threatened with a bad review. Perhaps, fearing for his reputation on the service, he asked to close the project, on the condition that he would leave a good review. As a result, he left a bad review, and demanded further improvement, after closing he tried to insult the designer and called him not a professional.

In cooperation itself, it’s okay, but there’s a couple of points: a lot of small improvements that were not described in the TZ, but which I agreed to do for free, so as not to delay the process, were delivered by the customer “by grapes” and in the end greatly extended the process. In general, it is pleasant to work with the customer, but it is worth more detailed to clarify the points about possible small improvements that are not described in the TZ.

Everything is fine in general, the only thing is not quite clear why they don’t hear the opinion of the copywriter. There are nuances with TZ. The rest is a good and pleasant person, I recommend!
