Initially, when discussing all the conditions, before the beginning of my performance of this task, the customer did not notify me of the intention of obtaining subsequent exclusive copyrights on the finished work. The customer made me aware of this only when the assigned task was fully fulfilled by me. that is. In the initial agreement between me and the customer, the transfer of exclusive copyright was absent.

In this regard, the further cooperation with the customer, on my part, was terminated.
