Great client, everything went at the highest level

Ratings for the criteria "professionalism", "cost" and "deadlines" are incorrect. Here's why I believe so:
1. My professional qualities are evidenced by previous reviews and additionally we also managed to work a little with the client (I prepared the technical specifications for this task). At that time, my work was rated as good and he even noted that he expected less;
2. This project was already completed by another person (you can check the reviews) and it cost half as much. However, the "cost" was rated 4 points by the client at that time;
3. The client gave the lowest rating for deadlines, although I deliberately did not delay. As soon as I realized I wouldn't make it on time, I contacted the client and ultimately the project was canceled to avoid wasting additional time.

There were major difficulties in communication and interaction with the client, as in addition to the client, another person was making decisions, and their thoughts often did not align, and I found out about this after several days, which caused me to redo a significant part.
The client was notified about the delays in delivery, and the project was submitted with all revisions (which took 60% of the time), five days after the scheduled deadline.
After waiting for at least some response for 3 days, additional revisions were received, which took literally a couple of hours, then again several days of waiting, and this happened cyclically.
By the end (as I thought), another nuance arose, which turned out to be critical.
The client, without clarifying in the technical specifications, expected me to implement a large detail of the project.
The architecture of the entire project did not allow this to be implemented, so I had to abandon the project.
Throughout all communication, the client periodically responded to my questions and complaints with rudeness, and he independently decided to switch to informal "you," which for me was a clear sign of disrespect.
I strongly do not recommend working with this client.

In general, the customer is good, the deadlines I have delayed myself, with the customer's point of view agree with the exception of the points on cost and professionalism. There were several consultations with the customer (whether written and oral, including. with the customer’s specialists) a total length of several hours. Different options of technical solutions have been described and discussed, and the plus and disadvantages of these solutions have been described. Even despite some inadequacy of one of the customer’s technical specialists, oral consultation was brought to the end with the explanation of all the details.

The customer is always in contact, he knows what he wants. The project was a bit expanding, and the work was more, but the final result is worth it 🙂
