The task has been completed, but after the payment was reserved, the client had new requirements for the format of the title and photo, which were not previously specified in the terms of reference, and of course, the payment remained the same, as the funds had already been reserved on the service. Then the client did not respond to me for 4 days, although he was online every day, and the review and payment were delayed for 4 days. When I wrote to him yesterday that I would contact arbitration if he did not provide a reason for the delay in review and payment, and did not get in touch further, the client closed the project today. I do not recommend working with him.
