The customer was quite difficult to contact and little commented that didn’t let him understand what he wanted. After the work was done, he did not set the final result and the customer proposed to do another work for the same money. But I didn’t want to pay for the logo (ready work). It had to be submitted to the arbitration, but the customer still closed the project by paying it and left a negative feedback. Sorry, but I do not recommend cooperation with this customer. I also take into account the previous comment left by the executive.
