Very cool client, recommend for work, clear and understandable brief, payment on time

At first, the work was more or less normal. The contractor had to be separated from time to time, but he warned about it. This has even led to the deadlines of the project. But at one point he suddenly disappeared and didn’t get in touch for more than a month and a half. I even had to repeatedly go to the arbitration to solve this problem. Finally, after my third address to the administration, he closed the project and transferred the payment. There are no questions on payment. Otherwise, there were problems. Even though it may not be his fault, it may have been a force majeure.
