The client was offered the first version of 3 banners for the website. There were no references or examples for the banners. After the first version of the banners, the client said that it was not up to their standards and did not want to consider other options, even though I offered to explain my design vision and was willing to develop other options. After that, I agreed to stop the cooperation and offered to pay for part of the work done. The client ignored this, waited for the project deadline to expire, and left an unjustified review regarding my incompetence. Arbitration did not help as the project discussion was beyond the scope of the platform. A very unpleasant situation, I do not understand why leave such a review when the client does not want to communicate. This unjustified review will certainly not help when I have many satisfied clients after working with me, but I certainly do not recommend the client for cooperation.
