I worked with the Client for a month on setting up a Google Ads advertising campaign and tracking conversions. The campaign was successfully launched. We had two calls, during one of which I provided a detailed report on the work done, demonstrated the settings in the advertising cabinet, and gave further recommendations, which were documented in a separate file. After completing the campaign setup, we closed the deal on the exchange, as I warned that setting up conversions might take more time. There were difficulties with the tracking setup related to the specifics of the site's code. I did everything possible on my side for the correct setup of conversion tracking in Google Ads and Analytics. I also suggested that she seek the help of a programmer, assuming that it was necessary to look for an error in the code. To which she replied that I should figure everything out myself since she paid me. As a Google specialist, I completed the work in full. After the next setup, I can assume that conversions were counted correctly. Unfortunately, I cannot state this with certainty, as the Client partially closed my access and left a negative review. The review contains unfounded accusations, such as claims about blocking products, even though the work continued for another month after the deal was closed. I also saw that the client continues to replenish the advertising, even when she partially closed access for me (does that mean she agreed with the settings?).
